I ran across a USGS Web page where you can order aerial photography of virtually any part of the United States, and ordered a couple shots of the Sunnyvale area.

• South Sunnyvale

Didn't get much of northern Sunnyvale, but here's the southern end of the city, stretching from the edge of Mountain View on the west to the edge of Santa Clara on the east. (1600x1200 GIF, 2.2M)

This is the area right around the Toscana apartment complex. You can even see the Toscana construction site with the building foundations, but no buildings. (1024x768 GIF, 875K)
